Sheilah Crowley, Founder
Sheilah is a strategic facilitator trained in “appreciative Inquiry” – the cooperative search for the best in people and the world around them – that informs all of the services provided by The Summit. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology. Sheilah is also a certified Myers Briggs practitioner bringing insights on the influence of personality preferences in day-to-day living. Sheilah draws on her experiences as a former non-profit executive, business owner, and mother when helping Summit attendees uncover their true north.
Laura Sawyer, Ph.D. – Lead facilitator
Laura Sawyer is an adult educator, learning designer, and facilitator.
She holds a Ph.D. in adult learning and development and a Masters in women’s studies. She is also a certified life coach. She specializes in creating transformative learning experiences that foster developmental growth of mind and spirit. Throughout her career, Laura has worked extensively with women, helping them navigate periods of upheaval and transition — and to realize their full potential.
Katherine Crowley, M.Ed – Advisor
Katherine Crowley is a Harvard-trained psychotherapist who helps individuals identify and overcome psychological and interpersonal obstacles. She assists with developing personal vision, conducting career assessments, improving interpersonal skills, and creating balance in one’s life. She’s the co-author of Mean Girls at Work, Working with You is Killing Me, and Working for You Isn’t Working for Me.
